I found Nicola when she advertised on our local community Facebook group. I’d been fed up with always being the one organising our family trips and the constant researching caused stress that you shouldn’t have when booking a holiday! We hadn’t used a travel agent before and I was so glad I got in touch with Nicola. Not only is she local, she was responsive and helpful in finding the best way to make the most of our budget for our joint city/chill out trip. So I would say if you’re the person in your family who always does the research and booking for your holidays and are bored of it then 100% use Nicola - she was fab and we would definitely use her again.

We are so pleased we found Nicola! Nicola always responds quickly to messages, after thinking we had made our minds up about visiting a particular destination & Nicola coming back with some great places to stay, we decided at the last minute that it wouldn't be right for this particular trip & asked Nicola if she could give us some more time. We really wasn't sure where to go & if it wasn't for her feedback we probably would have ended up not booking anything. However, she took on board everything we were looking for! We had the most amazing time. I would definitely book through Nicola again, she took care of everything for us. We had no stress at all. Flight times, accommodation & location were all absolutely perfect. I have been put off in the past booking through a travel agent thinking we would be limited in what/where to book and also thinking we would be paying a lot more, with Nicola this wasn't the case. Highly recommend!

Nicola helped with booking an extra special holiday for myself and my 3 boys, to the US to watch the World Cup. It was amazing to be able to work with one person securing the flights, accommodation and World Cup tickets. But where Nicola really added value was advice, recommendations and when things don't always ago as planned as sometimes happens, being on the end of the phone and email to assist and resolve. Truly excellent experience both on holiday and through Nicola's exceptional support. I not only highly recommend Nicola but will be using Nicola from now on. It's like having your own personal travel agent.

Nicola was super helpful in finding us a lovely hotel for a weekend away. Great hotel in a good location. Extra special gestures with an anniversary card and freebies from the mini bar were very appreciated ☺️

There are so many positive things to say about our experience. Nicola goes above and beyond for her clients. She listens to all of your requirements and adds a beautiful personal touch to every element. Our trip was a bucket list spur of the moment decision and Nicola made it absolutely perfect.
